This document is a public offer (hereinafter — the Offer) of a self-employed citizen registered as a payer of tax on professional income (NPD) (hereinafter — the Contractor), addressed to an indefinite circle of persons (hereinafter — the User).
The User's action of paying for any of the SEC Scanner service subscriptions (hereinafter — the Service) constitutes unconditional acceptance of the terms of this Offer by the User and is equivalent to concluding a service agreement under the terms set forth below.
The offer agreement is considered concluded from the moment funds are credited to the Contractor's account.
1.1. The Contractor undertakes to provide the User with services for automated security scanning of web applications with a PDF report on the results (hereinafter — the Services).
1.2. The scope and cost of Services are determined by the plan selected by the User in accordance with the pricing plan posted on the Service's website.
1.3. Pricing plan includes: Free (0 RUB, 1 scan/month), Basic (499 RUB/month, 15 scans), Professional (1499 RUB/month, 50 scans), Business (3999 RUB/month, unlimited).
2.1. The agreement is concluded by the User accepting the Offer. Acceptance of the Offer is the User's payment of the selected plan.
2.2. After payment, the User gains access to the features of the selected plan within a reasonable time, but no more than 24 hours.
2.3. The Contractor may amend the terms of the Offer without prior notice to the User. The current version of the Offer is the one posted on the Service's website at the time of payment.
3.1. The Contractor undertakes to: provide Services in accordance with the selected plan; ensure 24/7 Service availability with scheduled maintenance windows; ensure confidentiality of the User's personal data.
3.2. The User undertakes to: provide accurate data; not use the Service to scan resources without the consent of their owners; not take actions aimed at disrupting the Service's operation.
3.3. The Contractor has the right to: suspend Services if the User violates the terms of the Offer; change the pricing plan with 5 calendar days' notice.
4.1. The cost of Services is determined by the pricing plan in effect at the time of payment.
4.2. Payment is made through the Robokassa payment system (bank card, SBP, YandexPay) or via Telegram Stars.
4.3. The subscription renews automatically at the end of the billing period. The User can cancel auto-renewal at any time before the end of the current period.
5.1. The Service is informational in nature and does not guarantee complete detection of all possible vulnerabilities.
5.2. The Contractor is not liable for damages resulting from the use or non-use of scan results.
5.3. The aggregate liability of the Contractor is limited to the amount paid by the User for the current billing period.
