1.1. This Policy defines the procedure for processing and protecting personal data of Users of the SEC Scanner service (hereinafter — the Service).
1.2. The personal data operator is self-employed citizen Kim Alexander Alexandrovich (INN 344115397723), registered as an NPD payer.
1.3. By using the Service, the User consents to the processing of their personal data in accordance with this Policy and the Federal Law "On Personal Data" (FZ-152).
2.1. The Service automatically receives: Telegram ID, username, first name, last name — from Telegram WebApp initData.
2.2. User-provided data: URLs of web resources to be scanned.
2.3. Financial data: information about payments made (plan, amount, date, payment method). Bank card data is not stored on the Service's servers.
3.1. Service provision: processing scan requests, generating reports.
3.2. Identification: authentication via Telegram.
3.3. Financial operations: payment processing and subscription management.
4.1. Reports are encrypted with AES-256 and deleted after 30 days.
4.2. All connections are protected by TLS 1.3.
4.3. Payment data is processed by the certified payment system Robokassa.
5.1. The User has the right to request deletion of their personal data by contacting support@sec-scanner.pro.
5.2. The User has the right to receive information about the processing of their data.
