Refund and Subscription Cancellation Policy

1. Right to Refund

1.1. In accordance with the Russian Consumer Protection Law (Art. 26.1) and Government Resolution No. 2463, the User has the right to cancel the service within 7 calendar days from the date of payment, provided the service has not yet been rendered (no scan has been performed).

1.2. If a scan under the subscription has already been performed (at least one scan limit has been used), the service is considered partially rendered, and no refund for the current billing period is provided.

1.3. For payments made via Telegram Stars, refunds are processed through Telegram's payment system in accordance with the platform's rules.

2. Refund Procedure

2.1. To request a refund, the User sends a request via the Telegram bot @A_panel_bot with the /refund command or by email at billing@sec-scanner.pro.

2.2. The request must include: Telegram ID, plan, payment date, reason for refund.

2.3. Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving the request.

3. Subscription Cancellation

3.1. The User can cancel auto-renewal of the subscription at any time via the Telegram bot.

3.2. Upon cancellation, access to plan features is retained until the end of the paid period.
